حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ، حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتٌ يَعْنِي أَبَا زَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ، ذَكَرَ أَنَّ الَّذِي يُحَدِّثُ، " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَذِنَ فِي النَّبِيذِ بَعْدَمَا نَهَى عَنْهُ "، مُنْذِرٌ أَبُو حَسَّانَ، ذَكَرَهُ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ،، ، وَكَانَ يَقُولُ: مَنْ خَالَفَ الْحَجَّاجَ فَقَدْ خَالَفَ (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
Asim says that this hadith, after the prohibition, the Prophet (peace be upon him) himself permitted nabidh. Munzir Abu Hassan used to narrate this from Samurah bin Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) and used to say that whoever opposes Hajjaj, he is opposing.
