حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذٌ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ مَطَرٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، " أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، نَهَى أَنْ تُتَلَقَّى الْأَجْلَابُ، حَتَّى تَبْلُغَ الْأَسْوَاقَ، أَوْ يَبِيعَ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ " (٢)، ،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) forbade meeting traders coming from outside before they reach the market, or that any townsman should sell the merchandise of a villager.
