Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، قَالَ: " أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ نَعْتَدِلَ فِي الْجُلُوسِ، وَأَنْ لَا نَسْتَوْفِزَ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) commanded us to be moderate in sitting and not to sit with restlessness.
