Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Muawiyah Bahzi (may Allah be pleased with him) that once I submitted in the court of the Messenger, "O Messenger of Allah! We people keep asking each other for wealth." The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "A person may demand compensation for a wound or mark in order to reconcile among his people. When he reaches the destination or the hardship remains, he should refrain from asking."
