Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ كَاذِبَةٍ مَصْبُورَةٍ فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ بِوَجْهِهِ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Imran (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Whoever deliberately swears a false oath on something unjustly, he should prepare his abode in the fire of Hell.
