حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، وَحَسْنُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا غَيْلَانُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ قَالَ: صَلَّيْتُ أَنَا وَعِمْرَانُ خَلْفَ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ فَكَانَ إِذَا سَجَدَ كَبَّرَ، وَإِذَا رَفَعَ كَبَّرَ، وَإِذَا نَهَضَ مِنَ الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ كَبَّرَ. فَلَمَّا انْصَرَفْنَا. أَخَذَ عِمْرَانُ بْنُ الْحُصَيْنِ بِيَدِي فَقَالَ: " لَقَدْ صَلَّى بِنَا هَذَا مِثْلَ صَلَاةِ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ "، أَوْ: (٢) لَقَدْ ذَكَّرَنِي هَذَا صَلَاةَ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ (٣)،
Translation
English translation
Mutarrif bin Shukhair says that I was with Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him) in Kufa, when Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) led us in prayer. He would say Allahu Akbar every time he went into and rose from prostration. When the prayer was finished, Imran (may Allah be pleased with him) said: He has led us in prayer just like the Prophet (ﷺ) used to pray.
