حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الطَّالَقَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الطَّوِيلِ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا جَلَبَ وَلَا جَنَبَ وَلَا شِغَارَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ، وَمَنِ انْتَهَبَ فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Imran (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: There is no basis in taking the best animals in zakat, or in evading the payment of zakat through tricks and excuses, or in injuring animals with spears. And whoever commits looting is not one of us.
