حَدَّثَنَا مُؤَمَّلٌ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا حُمَيْدٌ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " تَمَتَّعْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَلَمْ يَنْهَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ عَنْهَا، وَلَمْ يَنْزِلْ مِنَ اللهِ فِيهَا نَهْيٌ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him) that the verse of Hajj Tamattu’ was revealed in the Qur'an, we acted upon it in the company of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not prohibit it until his passing, nor was any command regarding its prohibition revealed in the Qur'an in this regard.
