English translation

It is narrated from Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him) that a slave belonging to the poor cut off the ear of a slave belonging to the rich. The owner of this slave came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said, "O Messenger of Allah! We are already poor people, do not impose anything upon us regarding this."
