حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هِلَالٍ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي حَسَّانَ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ: " كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُحَدِّثُنَا عَامَّةَ، ، لَيْلِهِ عَنْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ، لَا يَقُومُ إِلَّا إِلَى عُظْمِ صَلَاةٍ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him) that it is narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to often narrate to us the incidents of Bani Israel at night (and sometimes he would not even get up in between), he would only get up for the obligatory prayer.
