Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، عَنِ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ: قِيلَ لرَسُولَ (١) اللهِ: إِنَّ فُلَانًا لَا يُفْطِرُ نَهَارًا الدَّهْرَ فَقَالَ: " لَا أَفْطَرَ وَلَا صَامَ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him) that a person said to the Prophet (ﷺ) that such-and-such man never misses fasting during the day. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: He neither missed nor fasted.
