حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ، عَنْ حُسَيْنٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ، عَنِ ابْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ: كَانَ بِي النَّاصُورُ فَسَأَلْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ؟ فَقَالَ: " صَلِّ قَائِمًا، فَإِنْ لَمْ تَسْتَطِعْ فَقَاعِدًا، فَإِنْ لَمْ تَسْتَطِعْ فَعَلَى جَنْبٍ " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him): I was suffering from hemorrhoids, so I asked the Prophet (ﷺ) about prayer. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Pray standing; if you are not able to, then pray sitting; and if you are not able to do even that, then pray lying on your side.
