حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ: وَسَمِعْتُهُ أَنَا مِنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا، عَنْ بُرَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " تَعَاهَدُوا الْقُرْآنَ؛ فَإِنَّهُ أَشَدُّ تَفَلُّتًا مِنْ قُلُوبِ الرِّجَالِ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ مِنْ عُقُلِهَا (٣) " (٤)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) that safeguard this Qur'an. By the One in Whose hand is my soul, it slips away from the chest of any one of you faster than a camel that unties its rope and runs away.
