Musnad Ahmad Hadith 19614

It is narrated from Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: The example of the Muslim who recites the Noble Qur'an is like that of the citron, whose taste is good and whose fragrance is good. The example of the Muslim who does not recite the Qur'an is like that of the date, whose taste is good but it has no fragrance. The example of the sinner who recites the Qur'an is like that of the basil, whose taste is bitter but its fragrance is good. And the example of the wicked person who does not recite the Qur'an is like that of the colocynth, whose taste is bitter and it has no fragrance. The previous hadith is also narrated through this second chain.
