حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٍ، (٢) عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ، ، سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَجُلَيْنِ " اخْتَصَمَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي دَابَّةٍ لَيْسَ لِوَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بَيِّنَةٌ فَجَعَلَهُ بَيْنَهُمَا نِصْفَيْنِ " (١)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) that once two men brought a dispute over an animal to the service of the Holy Prophet (ﷺ). Neither of them had any witnesses. The Holy Prophet (ﷺ) declared it to be shared equally, half and half, between the two of them.
