حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ زَكَرِيَّا، وَوَكِيعٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا، عَنْ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ قَالَ يَحْيَى: ابْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ الْبَارِقِيُّ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَقَالَ وَكِيعٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " الْخَيْلُ مَعْقُودٌ فِي نَوَاصِيهَا الْخَيْرُ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ: الْأَجْرُ وَالْمَغْنَمُ " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Urwah al-Bariqi (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Goodness, blessing, reward, and spoils of war have been tied to the forelocks of horses until the Day of Resurrection."
