حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْبَدٍ (١) ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: " مَا كُنْتُ أَعْرِفُ انْقِضَاءَ صَلاةِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، إِلا بِالتَّكْبِيرِ " (٢)، ، قَالَ عَمْرٌو: قُلْتُ لَهُ: حَدَّثْتَنِي؟ قَالَ: لَا، مَا حَدَّثْتُكَ بِهِ،

Translation

English translation

It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:

“No man should be alone with a woman and no woman should travel unless she has a mahram with her." A man came and said: My wife has gone out for Hajj and I have enlisted in such and such a campaign. He said: “Go and do Hajj with your wife."
