بَقِيَّةُ (١) حَدِيثِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى (٢) ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ١٩١٠٢ - حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى هُوَ ابْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ فِرَاسٍ، عَنْ مُدْرِكِ بْنِ عُمَارَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ حِينَ يَشْرَبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ، وَلَا يَزْنِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ، وَلَا يَنْتَهِبُ نُهْبَةً ذَاتَ شَرَفٍ أَوْ سَرَفٍ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Abi Awfa (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: When a person drinks alcohol, he is not a believer at that time; when a person commits adultery, he is not a believer at that time; and when a person commits robbery at the house of a wealthy person, he is not a believer at that time.
