Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، حَدَّثَنَا مِسْعَرٌ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ قَالَ: " قَرَأَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْعِشَاءِ: وَالتِّينِ وَالزَّيْتُونِ، فَلَمْ أَسْمَعْ أَحْسَنَ صَوْتًا، وَلَا أَحْسَنَ صَلَاةً مِنْهُ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Bara bin Azib (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) reciting Surah Wat-Teen in one rak'ah of the Isha prayer. I have not heard anyone recite better than him.
