حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الرَّقِّيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ قَالَ: سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، عَنِ الْكَلَالَةِ فَقَالَ: " تَكْفِيكَ آيَةُ الصَّيْفِ " (١)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Bara bin Azib (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man came to the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) and asked about "Kalalah." The Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said: For this matter, the verse revealed to you in the summer is sufficient (referring to the last verse of Surah An-Nisa).
