Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ قَالَ: " غَزَوْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ غَزْوَةً، وَأَنَا وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ لِدَةٌ " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Bara bin Azib (may Allah be pleased with him) that we participated in fifteen battles along with the Noble Prophet (ﷺ), and Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) and I are of the same age.
