حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمٌ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، حَدَّثَنَا صَفْوَانُ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بُسْرَةَ، (٢) عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ قَالَ: " سَافَرْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثَمَانِيَةَ عَشَرَ سَفَرًا، فَلَمْ أَرَهُ تَرَكَ الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ الظُّهْرِ " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Bara bin Azib (may Allah be pleased with him) that I accompanied the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) on eighteen journeys. I never saw him abandon the two rak'ahs before Zuhr.
