حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَوْلُهُ: {وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللهُ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ} [المائدة: ٤٤] {وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللهُ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ} [المائدة: ٤٥] {وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللهُ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ} [المائدة: ٤٧] قَالَ: " هِيَ فِي الْكُفَّارِ كُلُّهَا " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Bara’ (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: These verses of the Holy Qur’an, “Whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, such people are disbelievers,” then regarding all the disbelievers it is said, “Whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, such people are wrongdoers,” and “Whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, such people are transgressors”—these three verses were revealed about the disbelievers.
