حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ، أَنَّ أَبَاهُ (١) نَحَلَهُ نُحْلًا، فَقَالَتْ لَهُ أُمُّ، ، النُّعْمَانِ (١) : أَشْهِدْ لِابْنِي عَلَى هَذَا النُّحْلِ، فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لَهُ، فَقَالَ لَهُ: " أَوَكُلَّ وَلَدِكَ أَعْطَيْتَ مَا أَعْطَيْتَ هَذَا؟ " قَالَ: لَا، قَالَ: فَكَرِهَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنْ يَشْهَدَ لَهُ (٢)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Nu'man (may Allah be pleased with him) that his father gave him a gift. His mother said to him, "Make someone a witness over this gift for my son." His father went to the service of the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) and mentioned this matter. The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) asked him, "Have you given all your sons the same as you have given to him?" He replied, "No." So the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) did not approve of making anyone a witness to it.
