Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) came to me while I was lighting a fire under a pot, and lice were falling onto my face. The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Are the lice on your head troubling you?" I replied, "Yes!" The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) then ordered him to shave his head and said, "Keep three fasts, or feed six needy people, each with two mudd of food, or offer a sacrifice of one goat. Whatever you do will suffice for you."
