حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي قَبِيلٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ، قَالَ: " عَقَلْتُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَلْفَ مَثَلٍ "،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Amr bin Aas (may Allah be pleased with him) that I have memorized one thousand parables from the Prophet (ﷺ).
