حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا. وحَجَّاجٌ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ (١) ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ مِصْرَ يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّ عَمْرَو بْنَ الْعَاصِ أَهْدَى إِلَى نَاسٍ هَدَايَا، فَفَضَّلَ عَمَّارَ بْنَ يَاسِرٍ، فَقِيلَ لَهُ، فَقَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " تَقْتُلُهُ الْفِئَةُ الْبَاغِيَةُ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
Amr bin Aas (may Allah be pleased with him) once sent gifts and presents to some people, and he gave the most to Ammar bin Yasir (may Allah be pleased with him). Someone asked the reason for this, so Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say that a rebellious group will kill Ammar.
