حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ إِيَادِ بْنِ لَقِيطٍ، عَنْ أَبِي رِمْثَةَ التَّمِيمِيِّ (٢) ، قَالَ: " كُنْتُ مَعَ أَبِي، فَأَتَيْتُ (٣) النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَوَجَدْنَاهُ جَالِسًا فِي ظِلِّ الْكَعْبَةِ وَعَلَيْهِ بُرْدَانِ أَخْضَرَانِ " (٤)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Rimtha (may Allah be pleased with him) that I presented myself before the Prophet (ﷺ) along with my father. We saw that the Prophet (ﷺ) was sitting in the shade of the Ka'bah, and he (ﷺ) was wearing two green sheets.
