حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدٍ، وَيَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، قَالُوا: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا مِشْرَحُ بْنُ هَاعَانَ،، ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ - قَالَ يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ -، سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " كُلُّ مَيِّتٍ يُخْتَمُ عَلَى عَمَلِهِ إِلَّا الْمُرَابِطَ - قَالَ يَحْيَى: فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ - فَإِنَّهُ يُجْرِي عَلَيْهِ أَجْرُ عَمَلِهِ حَتَّى يَبْعَثَهُ اللهُ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Uqbah bin Aamir (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: The record of deeds of every deceased person is sealed, except for the person who guards the Islamic frontiers in the way of Allah; for him, reward continues to be written in his record of deeds until he is resurrected.
