حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا مِشْرَحُ بْنُ هَاعَانَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عُقْبَةَ بْنَ عَامِرٍ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " مَنْ مَاتَ مُرَابِطًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ، أُجْرِيَ عَلَيْهِ أَجْرُهُ " (٢)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Uqbah bin Aamir (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: Whoever guards the Islamic borders in the way of Allah, reward will continuously be written in his record of deeds.
