حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، وهَاشِمٌ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْخَيْرِ مَرْثَدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْيَزَنِيِّ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " إِنَّ أَحَقَّ الشُّرُوطِ أَنْ تُوَفُّوا (١) بِهِ، مَا اسْتَحْلَلْتُمْ بِهِ الْفُرُوجَ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Of all the conditions that deserve to be fulfilled most, the condition by which you make the private parts of women lawful for yourselves is the most deserving.
