حَدَّثَنَا حَيْوَةُ بْنُ شُرَيْحٍ، حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ، حَدَّثَنَا بَحِيرُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ، عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ مَعْدِي كَرِبَ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " إِنَّ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يُوصِيكُمْ بِالْأَقْرَبِ فَالْأَقْرَبِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Miqdad (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: "Allah Almighty enjoins you to treat your close relatives with kindness, step by step according to their degree of closeness."
