حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْحِمْصِيُّ، حَدَّثَتْنِي أُمُّ حَبِيبَةَ بِنْتُ الْعِرْبَاضِ، قَالَتْ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي: " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَرَّمَ يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ كُلَّ ذِي مِخْلَبٍ مِنَ الطَّيْرِ، وَلُحُومَ الْحُمُرِ الْأَهْلِيَّةِ، وَالْخَلِيسَةَ، وَالْمُجَثَّمَةَ، وَأَنْ تُوطَأَ السَّبَايَا حَتَّى يَضَعْنَ مَا فِي بُطُونِهِنَّ " (١)، ،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Irbadh (may Allah be pleased with him) that on the day of Khaybar, the Prophet (ﷺ) forbade eating every bird that hunts with its claws, the meat of domesticated donkeys, animals snatched from the mouths of beasts, animals targeted directly, and intercourse with slave women before they give birth.
