حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نُعَيْمٍ الْمُجْمِرِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ: قِيلَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، كَيْفَ نُصَلِّي عَلَيْكَ؟ فَقَالَ: " قُولُوا: اللهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَبَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ، وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ فِي الْعَالَمِينَ، إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ " وَقَرَأْتُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ: مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نُعَيْمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، أَنَّ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that a person submitted in the court of the Messenger: "O Messenger of Allah! How should we send blessings upon you?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Say like this « اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَبَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، فِي الْعَالَمِينَ إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ »."
