حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، وَقُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ حَنَشٍ الصَّنْعَانِيِّ، عَنْ رُوَيْفِعِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا يَحِلُّ، ، لِأَحَدٍ - وَقَالَ قُتَيْبَةُ: لِرَجُلٍ - أَنْ يَسْقِيَ مَاءَهُ وَلَدَ غَيْرِهِ، وَلَا يَقَعُ عَلَى أَمَةٍ حَتَّى تَحِيضَ أَوْ يَبِينَ حَمْلُهَا " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ruwaifi’ (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "It is not lawful for any person to irrigate (i.e., have intercourse with) another's child with his water (i.e., semen), and no man should have intercourse with a slave woman until she has her menstrual period or it becomes clear that she is pregnant."
