حَدِيثُ أَبِي شُرَيْحٍ الْخُزَاعِيِّ (١)، ١٦٣٧٠ - حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي شُرَيْحٍ الْخُزَاعِيِّ وَكَانَتْ لَهُ صُحْبَةٌ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلْيُكْرِمْ ضَيْفَهُ، وَمَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلْيُحْسِنْ إِلَى جَارِهِ، وَمَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلْيَقُلْ خَيْرًا أَوْ لِيَصْمُتْ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Shurayh Khuzai that I heard the Prophet (peace be upon him) say: Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should honor his guest; and whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should treat his neighbor well; and whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should speak good words or remain silent.
