حَدَّثَنَا قُرَّانُ بْنُ تَمَّامٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ طَلْقٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَجُلٌ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَيَتَوَضَّأُ أَحَدُنَا إِذَا مَسَّ ذَكَرَهُ فِي الصَّلَاةِ؟ قَالَ: " هَلْ هُوَ إِلَّا مِنْكَ، أَوْ بَضْعَةٌ مِنْكَ؟ " (٢)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Talq that a man asked the Prophet (peace be upon him), "If any one of us touches his private part, should he perform ablution?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) replied, "The private part is only a part of your body."
