حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ، ، زَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَاصِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " يُنَادِي مُنَادٍ كُلَّ لَيْلَةٍ: هَلْ مِنْ دَاعٍ فَيُسْتَجَابَ لَهُ، هَلْ مِنْ سَائِلٍ فَيُعْطَى، هَلْ مِنْ مُسْتَغْفِرٍ فَيُغْفَرَ لَهُ، حَتَّى يَنْفَجِرَ الْفَجْرُ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Uthman that he said: Every night a caller announces that I will not ask anyone else about My servants. Who is there who will supplicate to Me so that I may accept his supplication? Who is there who will ask of Me so that I may grant him? This announcement continues until the break of dawn. And who is there who will seek forgiveness from Me so that I may forgive him? And this announcement continues until the rising of the dawn.
