Original Arabic
وَسَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " صِيَامٌ حَسَنٌ صِيَامُ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنَ الشَّهْرِ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
And I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: "A good fasting is the fasting of three days from the month."
