حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي وَهْبُ بْنُ كَيْسَانَ، مَوْلَى آلِ الزُّبَيْرِ (١) ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ، فِي يَوْمِ الْعِيدِ يَقُولُ حِينَ " صَلَّى قَبْلَ الْخُطْبَةِ، ثُمَّ قَامَ يَخْطُبُ النَّاسَ: أَيُّهَا (٢) النَّاسُ، كُلًّا كَذَا سُنَّةُ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
Wahb bin Kaysan says that I heard Abdullah bin Zubair on the day of Eid, before the sermon, performing the prayer and then standing and addressing the people, saying: "O people, all of this is according to the Sunnah of Allah and His Prophet (peace be upon him)."
