حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْقُدُّوسِ بْنُ بَكْرِ بْنِ خُنَيْسٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: " رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ افْتَتَحَ الصَّلَاةَ، فَرَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ حَتَّى جَاوَزَ بِهِمَا أُذُنَيْهِ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Zubair that I saw the Prophet (ﷺ) raising his hands at the beginning of the prayer until he extended his hands beyond his ears. It is narrated from Ibn Zubair that I saw the Prophet (ﷺ) supplicating in this manner, and as he said this, he gestured with his hands.
