حَدِيثُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ الْعَوَّامِ (١)، ١٦٠٩٨ - حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ يَعْنِي أَبَا مَسْلَمَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَسِيدٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَجُلًا قَالَ لِابْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ: أَفْتِنَا فِي نَبِيذِ الْجَرِّ، فَقَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " يَنْهَى عَنْهُ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
A man asked Abdullah bin Zubair to give a fatwa regarding the nabidh (fermented drink) of a clay pot. He replied, "I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) prohibiting it."
