حَدِيثُ (١) وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ (٢) مِنَ الشَّامِيِّينَ، ١٦٠٠٤ - حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي الْعَبَّاسِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ الْخَوْلَانِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عُمَرُ بْنُ رُؤْبَةَ التَّغْلِبِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ النَّصْرِيِّ، عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ اللَّيْثِيِّ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " الْمَرْأَةُ تَحُوزُ ثَلَاثَ مَوَارِيثَ، عَتِيقَهَا وَلَقِيطَهَا، وَوَلَدَهَا الَّذِي لَاعَنَتْ عَلَيْهِ " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Wathilah bin Asqa’ that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: A woman inherits in three cases: from her freed slave, from a child who was born lifeless, and from a child for whom she underwent li’an (mutual cursing).
