English translation

It is narrated from Ka'b bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) returned from the Battle of Tabuk at the time of Duha (forenoon). Upon his return, he offered two rak'ahs in the mosque, and whenever the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) returned from a journey, he would do the same.
