Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ: خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي سَفَرٍ فَمُطِرْنَا، فَقَالَ: " مَنْ شَاءَ مِنْكُمْ، فَلْيُصَلِّ فِي رَحْلِهِ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that once we set out on a journey with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). On the way, it started to rain, so the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Whoever among you wishes to pray in his tent, let him pray there.
