حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجٌ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، أَخْبَرَنِي رَجُلٌ ثِقَةٌ مِنْ بَنِي سَلِمَةَ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " لَحْمُ الصَّيْدِ حَلَالٌ لِلْمُحْرِمِ مَا لَمْ يَصِدْهُ، أَوْ يُصَدْ لَهُ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Hunting on land is lawful for a Muhrim, provided that he does not hunt himself, nor is it hunted for his sake.
