حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، أَنَّ أَمِيرًا كَانَ بِالْمَدِينَةِ يُقَالُ لَهُ: طَارِقٌ " قَضَى بِالْعُمْرَى لِلْوَارِثِ " عَنْ (٢) قَوْلِ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ (٣)،
Translation
English translation
Sulaiman bin Yasar says that there was a governor in Madinah Munawwarah whose name was Tariq. He gave the ruling that the right of 'Umari would be for the heir, and he gave as evidence the hadith of Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) which he narrated from the Prophet (ﷺ).
