Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (ﷺ) was delivering a sermon when a man came. The Prophet (ﷺ) asked him, "Have you prayed two rak'ahs?" He replied, "No." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Then pray two rak'ahs." Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) says that even if a person had already prayed these two rak'ahs at home, the Prophet (ﷺ) still liked that after coming to the mosque, these two rak'ahs should be prayed.
