Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ، وَعَفَّانُ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ: " رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ مُتَوَشِّحًا بِهِ "، قَالَ عَفَّانُ: قَدْ خَالَفَ بَيْنَ طَرَفَيْهِ (٤)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) praying in a single garment.
