English translation
Abu Zubair asked Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him): Did you hear the Prophet (ﷺ) say that when a person enters his house, he should greet (with salam)? And that a believer eats with one intestine? He replied: Yes. And I asked Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him): Did you also hear the Prophet (ﷺ) say that when a person enters his house and mentions the name of Allah upon entering and while eating, Satan says: There is no place for you to spend the night here, nor any food? And if he does not mention the name of Allah upon entering, Satan says: You have found a place to spend the night. And if he does not mention the name of Allah while eating, Satan says: You have found both food and a place to stay. He replied: Yes.
